Donald Fletcher (“Fletcher”), Owner
At Southern Dreambuilders, the owner, Donald Fletcher (“Fletcher”), is the liaison working with the homeowner, construction professionals, material vendors, and subcontractors to orchestrate a project from conception to completion.
His passion for construction and project management drove him to become a licensed contractor for the State of Georgia and to start Southern Dreambuilders, LLC which offers the following residential home remodeling services:
Background
Fletcher earned a Master’s Degree in Business from West Georgia University in 1996. From there, he spent twenty years working in various business roles including finance, procurement, supply chain management, and project management. After 2017, it was apparent that he was not satisfied with his career and began to focus on his true passion which had always been residential construction.
In an effort to pivot his career, Fletcher began working as a construction project manager for a residential renovation and remodeling organization which further solidified his desire to transition his career. He quickly began the steps to become a licensed contractor with plans to start his own business. When deciding what to call his new business venture, he landed on Southern Dreambuilders to showcase his ability to make homeowner’s dreams come true, but also his own dreams by making the career transition.
